Interhouse Swimming Carnival

The Interhouse Swimming Carnival—an exciting event in our School’s calendar— was held on 20 February. The carnival served as a celebration of the values that define us as a school: teamwork; respect; and a commitment to excellence. Throughout the entire day, there remained an unwavering sense of sportsmanship as girls cheered on their peers and celebrated their achievements, regardless of House affiliation. The carnival unfolded as a testament to meticulous planning and coordination from Ms Cathy Taylor and Ms Jane Gooden, but also the House Sports Captains. Further, a huge thank you must also go towards all the staff members whose role in timekeeping, marshalling or participation in the lifesaving relay played a crucial part in the success of the day. A massive congratulations must go out to Lilley House for taking the win, Hirschfeld House for again winning the Lifesaving Relay, as well Cate Ward (11B) for winning the 50m Championship!
