MARRAPATTA MEMORIAL OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE YEAR 7 Experiencing Marrapatta was a highlight of this year. Marrapatta was welcoming and calm. The highlight for me was the raft building as we had to work as a team to create a raft out of limited materials. One of the other highlights of going to Marrapatta was the Sugar Glider, where you were attached to a rope and you had to put your trust into the people around you. The night I camped out was something that I will never forget. It was an amazing experience, and I learned so many new things. Getting to make our own food and sleeping in tents is something I will always remember. From the start of the first activity, I could feel my house bonding and growing stronger as a group. All the activities that I did were challenging but very enjoyable. Sienna Skinner (7H)
