outstanding in all of their events but also inspiring to the rest of us. The focus of the Girls Grammar Athletics squad this year was team work. Our goal was to work together as a team, to support each other on and off the track, to have fun together and of course to be successful. Along with team work, we concentrated on technique, flexibility and core strength. With our new focus and support, the Girls Grammar Athletics team had a successful season (despite the wet weather) with many athletes improving on their personal bests, trying new events and really enjoying their athletics experience.
