LILLEY We like to dance, we like to run, we like to sing, we like to swim, we like to party and most of all we like to have fun!

…….the defining characteristics of being a member of Lilley House… a sense of fun, community and spirit! The House Party held in Term I was the best example of what Lilley House is really about. There was fun, food, laughter, the trendiest green fashion, games and music. Each House group showcased its talent through their drama, singing and poetic abilities. The huge support from Lilley House for Year 8 Interhouse Volleyball was tremendous. Joanna Roberts (8L) must be congratulated on being age champion for her Year in swimming. The spirit was carried through to Interhouse Sports Day and Interhouse Choir. We have enjoyed being Lilley House Captains for 2007 as our House has been enthusiastic and supportive. Our weekly House meetings have included Irish accent competitions, chocolate assemblies, Lilley Idol and Bollywood dancing. We thank Lilley House for a memorable year. Your participation, support and enthusiasm have made 2007 a fun and successful year. Secondly, we thank all the House group teachers, Ms Partanen, Ms Ebelt, Mrs Byrant, Mr Fogarty and Mrs Ross. Their help and commitment was crucial to the success of Lilley House in 2007.

We also thank our Heads of House Mrs Serisier for Semester 1 and Mrs Edwards for Semester 2. Their organisation and enthusiasm for our ideas helped us enormously.

Finally, we thank 12 Lilley. We were inspired by your enthusiasm, participation, organisation, involvement and commitment. We wish our seniors the best of luck for the future as we do the rest of Lilley House. We have had a great year continuing Lilley’s legacy of fun, food, friendship and being Lilley legends!
