FACULTY OF SCIENCE

FAG U LTY O F SCIENCE

> A robust faculty rests on three strong pillars - a highly qualified, dedicated staff; a stimulating and challenging curriculum; and motivated, co-operative students who interact with the latter under the guidance of the former. Science students at Brisbane Girls Grammar School interact with our unique curriculum in a variety of setongs. While they are lucky enough to attend classes in highly functional, well-resourced laboratories - the inside classroom - they are also exposed to wellorganised forays into science in the real world. Science students get the opportunity to acquire scientific knowledge and apply it in more naturalistic settings - the outside classroom. We also have many students who take the opportunity to extend their Interest by participating in a variety of sciencerelated activities offered by tertiary educational institutions. These girls explore their passion for science beyond the classroom The following pages are dedicated to exploring the outside classroom and celebrating the students' successes beyond the classroom.
