Family Blossoms When Bauhinia blooms, Buds bursting with lilac, Broad leaves multiplying, Seed pods swelling, Loved ones come home Regenerate with vigour, Fertilised with belonging Laughter soaks the roots, Greening the family, in shooting trails of mauve, That twine, Blossoms connect Family, a floral sensation, Augmented with abundance, Family cemented, Thick robust trunk, Network of branches, Enfolded in loving green robes Separation, Shears branches, Temporarily truncating Silent growth, Cascading hopes, Eternal promise of connection Lost links, Stems severed, Swelling, evolving, Plump with promise EpiphanY,
