Drama's move into the Boarding House certainly shook the old building but provided both teachers and students involved in the Drama process with a very pleasant environment. Large, airy, high-ceiling rooms proved to be very creative spaces. One Year 12 student studying Stanislavsky's techniques commented that it was like going to a New York Actors Studio. The public face of the Arts is on show on many occasions. The major musical events, both in City Hall, other Brisbane venues and at school provide opportunities for showcasing the talented musicians in the school. Parents and friends are also invited to join us for events such as the interhouse Drama Festival, Years 10 and 12 Course Productions, Year 11 Film Scoring Demonstration, Music Extension Course Performance, and the Year 12 Art Exhibition - the list goes on! This is in addition to the major Art Exhibition and the many displays and performances which , are part of the School's Expo in October. After this summary you won't need a Lonely Planet Guide to help you to experience the Arts at Grammar! " FD B , = un
