The NETBALL Season proved to be one of the most success- fill in years with seven of the eight teams finishing in third place or bellei'. These results were made possible by the dedi- cation and talent of players and coaches. The coaching panel, this year, was very experienced, including past and current representative players and coaches and foul' "Old Girls". One of these "old girls", Kirsten Moore, was a past Netball captain and was selected in the U21 Australian team this year KITSten's knowledge of tile game and coinmunicaiion skills helped take the 8A team to a premiership. Kirsien is a great role model and it is hoped that our Tenioiial representatives Emma Nippei'ess and Brenda Calsoii are suitably inspired. The TENNIS season began not quite willI strawberries and cream, (a in Wimbledon) but with a "meet and greet" Iun- cheoii. This set Ihe scene for our six nome fixtures played at KGlvin Grove Stale High School coui'is and QUT, Kelvin Grove Canipus coui'is, providing us with eighi coui'is in rea- sonably close proximity
