The year began with a house B.B.Q. to introduce everyone to our new and exciting 'Red lndian' look. All girls have been very enthusiastic, participating in war-cries, cheerleading, war-paint and all other experimental ideas. Perhaps it was the fact that we handed out redskin lollies that boosted spirit. Flowers and chocolates were the fundraising items of this year's school day and we greatly appreciated the help we received from Mrs Elms and her family. Thanks must 8o to all parents and teachers who encouraged the girls to achieve such pleasing results, especially the following:
Mrs Sanderson (House Mistress) Miss Patton (Year 11) Miss Stephens (Year 10)
Mrs Henry (Year 9) Mrs Bradley (Year 8)
lsobel Khursandi (Sports Captain) Lisa Burke (Vice Sports Captain)
The senior girls of Criffith House have been a great help during 'l 989 and we wish.all of you the very best of luck for coming years. Cood luck to future house leaders. Remem- ber to stay cool 'cause the 'Red lndians' rule!!!!
