YEAR 10 REPORT The year began a bit slow ly this time, due to the storm damage. It left the boarding house seeming a bit weird, but it was fun there for a while. At least we could hear the mistresses creeping up the halls to spring us in the horrendous acts of talking and being out of bed. Wow, are we rebels! Now with the carpets down, our fol li es and escapades have been fairly well minimised, so we have to be naughty during the daytime - at school. But, of course, you'd never catch a Grade 10 boarder be ing anyth ing less than an angel, - well almost never. This year's highlight was our performance of " CINDERELLA", which we chopped and changed into "PENNYRELLA", who was played by none other than Penny Mortess. It was a fabulous skit, enjoyed by the whole boarding house- we hope! just wait till next year. Grammar won't know what's hit it! As with every year many of the dorm. inhabitants have got into " spots of bother" but with everyone's support we seem to come out okay. Guess who got the first detention of the year and on the first day. No Mardi and Kate R.' we won't tell anyone. Now you know a bit about our Grade 10 dorm. life " DO YOU WANT TO JOIN US?" Well, if you ' re 15, know how to have fun , get into trouble and be cool (yeh cool man) , you can become one in the ultimate society, yes become a Year 10 boarder. It's an experience not easily forgotten .
