o Individual programs are overseen by the Heads of House but library staff will record attendance electronically on Teacher Kiosk. o The library caters for casual library lessons for students. These students, NOT on the electronic rolls, will sign in at the desk manually. 3. independent study units [units of work in specific subject areas that may be undertaken outside the classroom without immediate teacher supervision]. o Bookings for spaces must be made in advance. o An email or note from the regular teacher will be provided. o Students must sign in at the attendance book at the circulation desk. 4. holiday users [both casual visits from students from all levels and Year 12 study sessions in the September holidays] o Uniforms do not have to be worn. o Carry bags are permitted, not large school bags which should be kept in lockers. o All food and drink [other than water in a sealed container] is to be consumed OUTSIDE the library. In addition, and in accordance with library policy, unsupervised individual or small groups of students who wish to use the library during class time must bring written notification from their supervising teacher which will be stapled in the attendance book. If these students fail to work profitably and quietly, they will be asked to return to their class.
