I would like to conclude this article with further thoughts by fellow Insights author, Stephen Fogarty, Director of Health and Physical Education. “The thing about writing (or any creative endeavour) that amazes me is the idea that there was once nothing on the page … and then there is something. To have these ‘somethings’ published by the School was very gratifying.” He also applauds the standard of the content and the writing, explaining that these elements made him feel, as I did, that “my next article had to be better than the last. It made me further appreciate the environment that I work in. It is a privilege to work with thoughtful, intelligent people and these articles were/are a tangible expression of that.” (Fogarty 2024) I could not agree more.
