SENIOR DRAMA PRODUCTION Between the crazy costumes, action and adventure, comedy, romance, heart-breaking catharsis, hilarious dialogue and our amazing Girls Grammar cast, the 2023 Senior Production had everything. The play, She Kills Monsters , follows the journey of a young woman called Agnes after her family die in a car crash. When she finds and decides to play her sister Tilly’s old Dungeons and Dragons module, Agnes finds herself in Tilly’s magical world of demons, elves, fairies, and dragons that expose beautiful and tragic truths about her sister’s life.

This story of love, grief, and hope was made possible by Ngoc Phan, Mr Dervish Ali, Mrs Riveros, NJ Price, the creative team, and our amazing cast members. To pull off the ambitious show, rehearsals began just three weeks into the school year, and continued until show week in Week 4 of Term 2. Even for the most talented actors, getting through rehearsals could be hard, but performing made our work worth it. The show brought smiles and tears to audience and cast members alike.
