JUNIOR DRAMA My experience in Drama has been amazing. The lessons are always interesting and extremely fun. The Drama classroom is such a fun place, yet I learn something every lesson as well. We are given a chance to independently workshop our given scenes, while also getting some really helpful feedback which helps us in future lessons. While Drama is very fun, we are also worked hard so that we are always achieving something new. I have thoroughly enjoyed Drama this semester as I have learnt new skills on how to improve my performance and I have become more confident with my class. We have played multiple games that have connected our class in different ways, making Drama a lesson to look forward to. A highlight of the term would definitely be watching my other classmates perform their voice and movement task as they were all creative and different. I am certainly looking forward to more Drama tasks to come. THILINI WIJESURIYA (7G)

Drama has given me an opportunity to really find where I belong. I found that developing our own performance with sound and movement was really different but also very new and exciting. The voice and movement unit exposed me to a different type of performance that I liked even more than performing a script. Drama has helped me develop many skills and bond with new people. Overall I really enjoyed Drama this year and look forward to Year 9 Drama.

TIARNE GRAVES (8L)

Drama this year has been overall a fantastic experience for me. Drama is a subject I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to each week. Performing and watching my peers perform is something that I really love. The staff at BGGS are great at making the Drama rooms feel like a safe and non-judgmental place where everyone is allowed to step out of their comfort zone without judgement.

I really enjoyed Drama this semester. It has improved my confidence in many areas, particularly when speaking to a large group of people, or performing actions and lines to a group of people. Both of the units were incredibly fun and entertaining. I enjoyed all of the aspects in Drama this year and am looking forward to Drama in Year 9.
