CATHEDRAL CONCERT ELIZABETH SIMMERS (11W) The Cathedral Concert is always one of the highlights of the music calendar. Girls from Chamber Orchestra, Chamber Singers, Grammar Singers, Symphonic Winds and Chorale all performed beautifully in St Stephen’s Cathedral. This year we were also joined by the brass quintet Best of Brass. Their professional expertise added a learning experience to the girls’ night, contributing to the spectacular atmosphere. Congratulations to the girls who also had solos on the night: you all played exceptionally well. We’d like to thank the staff who helped out that night, and all the girls for their hard work and persistence.
