Littey has had a year to remember. We experienced our most phenomenal win ever in the swimming carnival. going from last place to a shock win. This amazing feat proves that Littey girls are fighters. Even when it seems as if all hope is lost. Lit!ians still have the passion and determination to pick themselves up and strive for gold. Littey House again showed its true strength. grinding though the relentless Cross Country course in Term 11, producing a few gold medals as well as some interesting. yet spectacular styles of running uphill. The Athletics Carnivalalso proved to be another event for the Liney Angels to shine like stars. jumping higher than frogs, running faster than cheetahs and throwing further than Hercules. making it an intimidating House to say the least. LitIey

showed no remorse. winning the teacher-student relay cup by a mile. with Mr Lanning zooming through the last loom to claim his first place ribbon Litley showed its less fierce but more compassionate side by cooking fudge. which after being tasted. was found to have an Australian dottar value higher than gold, however selfless Liney ladies decided to sell it at a more generous price of $2 for Open Day. The proceeds from their success with the fudge were then given to the House charity. the AEIOU Foundation Litty finished 2012in fine form. singing with more soul than Michael Jackson at the House choir in Term N
