in Term 11, our Drama and Computer studies classes linked together to create very moving end-of-semester performances. Having our photo stories projected behind us on the screen was a very effective way of combining the two subjects, because the photo stories were very evocative and students could take the emotion or feeling from the photograph and put it into action. We put lots of effort into creating expressive photo stories and we worked hard to learn all our lines and the results were worth it.

learnt script writing for Flash gaming, graphic skills in Adobe Illustrator and how to animate characters This was a terrific experience because it introduced us to higher levels of computer studies. Combining these two sets of skills to create an interactive story book was a wonderful learning experience

This unit took students on a learning journey filled with surprises.
