Grammar Singers took part in the Commencement Service of the University of aueensland's academic Year. This was a service filled with beautiful and interesting choral music. The choir managed to produce first class results with challenging repertoire The Autumn Concert saw the Gehrmann Theatre and Auditorium decorated to set the mood for the great musical moments that would occur that evening Both concerts allowed nearly all of the department's groups to sing, toot, pluck. bang and create brilliant sounds from their instruments

Solo and Ensemble Performance Week was a great success with the junior and Intermediate students taking full advantage of the opportunity to prepare a piece for individual performance. Freddos and chuppa chups were a great incentive for polished performances An Evening of Fine Music completed the first term and brought together Chamber Orchestra and Chamber Singers to perform an impressive program of works interspersed with some outstanding solo performances from senior students This was followed by the involvement of the girls from Grammar Singers participating in the Brisbane Grammar School Community in Concert
