T his year's Drama Club production was David Foxton's CardPlay. Our perform- ance was in late October and the play looked fantastic. The whole cast worked extremely well with each other and everyone was keen to perform. With the cast of forty people, co-ordinating the opening scenes was time consuming but still great fun . The opening bar scene when everyone dances the Charleston was just one of the many specta- les. Adding to the dazzle were
Great enthusiasm and sup- port was received from all in- volved - from amazing stage man- agement from Amanda Rowell to line learning and costume design. This has made it a bril- liant experience for me as assist- ant director to Katrina Torenbeek. A huge thank you to eve1y- one involved including the Drama staff and Mrs Hancock and especially our director, Katrina, who was wonderful. Thank' you for helping us so much. I look fo1ward to seeing
old and new faces next year.
