The Grey Cloaks from the Perfumer's Apprentice DRAMA CLUB PRODUCTION "THE PERFUMER'S APPRENTICE"

greatly and gained valuable experience in the all'e production. At the Yarrageh Festival, Katherine Henzell won Best Actress in a Dramatic Role, 10na and Kaihei'ine were Highly Coinmended, and the production received the Adjudicator's Award. Sincere thanks and gratitude are extended 10 the Director, Mrs Rhodes, her sister, Christine, and Stage Manager, Meg Hadgrafi, for their wonderful input and the many 110urs they devoted 10 the production of the play Congratulations 10 everyone involved - the luck of the Irish was CGriainly on our side! 10na Coininos
Our main concern in Drama Club this year was our perfoi'- mance of the play "The Perfumer's Apprentice", written, directed, co-ordinated and generally engineered by OUT leader and tutor, Mr Phillip Dean, to whom we all owe many thanks it was an ambitious production, perfornied in July, and then again in October, but everyone managed to pull together what was needed when 11 was needed. Apart from the production we had workshops in serious acting, learning the techniques, the dos and don'ts of it all, and some theatres ports. 11 has been an enjoyable year for all concerned, and we hope to have just as much support nexi yeai'

Once upon a lime, a long long lime ago in a far off galaxy, well actually at about 4p. in. on both 31st July and 1st August Tight here on earth, two extremely hyper active Grammar Theatre Sports teams competed in the World Series International, (Private), Brisbane, Higli School Students only, Theatres ports Competition (sponsored by Fuji film) at the Southbank Parkland's own Kodak Beach. The sun was high in the sky as the first grammar team the Paradise Beach Acting School, (from Warner Brothers Movie World) took to the stage on Southbank Parkland's own Kodak
