Teams Racing is a growth spoi't in Queensland and the Giammar team competed in the State Titles at Lake Cootharaba, in June. Although 1101 successful, the young team gained workthwhile experience. As in the past Grainmai' entered the Coi'sail' Youth Titles, placing third, and the Queensland Secondai'y Schools Regatta. Socially, the annual BGGS/BCS Sailing Club Picnic Day was held in August, with the yachts and dinghies being sailed across to Green island from the Royal Queensland Yacht Club foi' a picnic lunch. These functions 11'uly complement 111e coin- petitive season and add 10 tile enjoyment of Sailing.
