House Seniors

19BB welcomed the Crade Eight stars of Lilley House, courageously ied by Lynne Falconer. They proved themselves in cross country, swimming and artistic gym. (We won't talk about netball). This year we wanted a united front (and back), so we commissioned a talented Lilley artist (Teresa Blindell) to design the ultimate f rog for the ultimate house. This shirt perfectly co-ordinated with our brilliant-green gingham shorts, Lilley tutu and cracked green stack hat. With the whole house wearing this sensational outf it, Lilley stood ou( at the various house competitions. Another legend in the Lilley House (Cecilia Lloyd) spent hours and hours and hours toiling over a paint brush and calico to create an outstanding banner. Although we are yet to use it, it looks great and will survive many generations of Lilley events. A few weeks into first term we introduced the Crade Eights to the rest of the house at our successful Lilley "Laughternoon" (BBQ). The Grade Twelves showed off their cooking skills by burning most of the meat (and our f ingers). I think we would have been "better off dead" if we had not seen a certain good movie of the same name.
