1980 School Magazine

Last Christmas, Annabel Lahz and I were lucky enough to spend B weeks in Germany and Austria. lt was arrang- ed by the German Department of the University of Queensland and we stayed with families in the University town of Freiberg, in the Black Forest. We had a wonder- ful time attending school, skiing, and generally experien- cing German family life. We made trips to Switzerland, France, Munich and spent two weeks in Salzburg. So, instead of writing a long and boring report, I thought I'd just let our letters speak for themselves.
