On the third Monday of each month at 10 A.M. Parents' and Friends' Meetings are held in the Boarders' sitting room.. Average attendance is 40. Many theatre parties have been enjoyed this year, a mannequin parade, dinner dance, Corning Ware display, June affair luncheon and School Day, all being most successful financially. Our Stationery Section is a tremendous under- taking very capably governed by a Convener and many willing helpers. Flowers are always beautifully arranged by the Flower Committee at so,:ial functions. The Tuck Shop Convener has the enormous task of ordering food for daily use, as also the drinks and sweets Convener. There is a Junior Vice President and 3rd and 2nd Form representative to deal with any enquiries in these Forms. The Roster Secretary enrols those wonderful mothers who work each day in Tuck Shop. We have a Publicity Officer for information given to Radio, Press and Television. The Change Convener always guarantees the change for Tuck Shop captains. Boarders'Accounts are dealt with at commence- ment of Term. Sports liaison and clothing pool Conveners are well to the fore with their activities.
