She has been a practising sculptor for more than thirty years and her work, although abstract, is influenced frequently by landscape and natural forms in the environment and the structures and forces which shift and mould our surroundings. King is represented in numerous public, private and corporate collections, including Macquarie University, University of Western Sydney, UTS, Woollahra Council and the Casula Arts Centre.
