BETH CAVAYE, a member of the Executive Committee of the National Council of "'Women, is leading an active life again after several weeks of illness. JACKLYN KELLEHER has been offered a contract with the Australian Elizabethan Trust Theatre, so has postponed her trip to England because of this chance in the drama world. DIANA EVANS continues to do well overseas. She is making another tour with the Grand Opera Group visiting about 50 centres in England, Scotland and Wales from October to April with a month's break for Christmas . She also held a contract with Glyndebourne for the Opera festival in June and July. After this the Edinburgh Festival took some of her valuable time. BETTY BOULTON retired this year after 32 years' con- tinuous service with a Brisbane assurance company. PAT FLEMING has returned to Australia and has been doing locum work in Physiotherapy in Sydney. JANET SCOTT has gone further afield to· Maitland (N.S.W.) . PHYLLIS CANNON is at present in England and enjoy- ing life in London. AVERII_j EARNSHAW (Byth) has returned to Queens- land in search of some sunshine after a sojourn in Manchester (England). JUNE PEAK (Ashton) has been lecturing to physio- therapy students in N.S.W. during 1955.
