These ITtovements known as "katas" are performed wiih precision and grace, enhancing awareness of self and surroundings. The sporting aspect of karate involves sparring, and to enter participants in a "kumite" competition remains one of the team's goals. The talent within the club, with enthusiasm and consistent training, could lead to impressive achievements by all.
