This year we expanded the Years 8/12 buddy system to incorporate the whole House through buddy groups with students from each Year. We aimed to build unity and strength throughout the House by involving all girls and building friendships between Yearlevets Halfway through the year we bid farewell and best wishes to Mrs RDSs, Head of Woolcock House, as she continued heriourney of motherhood WOOLock House welcomed Ms Mungomery to our family as Acting Head of House and what an amazing job she has done For the Year12 g'F1s bidding farewell to not only Brisbane Girls Grammar but Woolcock House. we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable year and a more supportive and united team. Although Woolcock doesn't win every event. we strive to have fun and create
This year Woolcock House embraced this motto along with the Schools focus for this year 'NO Limits'. With these ambitions in mind. the girls of Woolcock House displayed their sporting finesse at Inter house swimming. athletics and cross country. They expressed their vocal skills in Inter house Choir and their dancing ability at the House Party. Above all. however. the girls of Woolcock House have shown incredible House spirit and represented their true colour. yellow. Or are we actually gold? Continuing a tradition that began many years ago. Woolcock House adopted a quote for the year. Our current Year12s began Year 8 with a poem. that they chose as a House group. In a fewwords the message reads 'People change. things go wrong. but just remember life goes on'
