The play provided indentB with a valuable opportunity to e rid 61r characterinstion skills. During Term H Year 9 Geography students examined the different processes that affect our coastline and beaches. This CUIminated in a field trip to the Gold Coast, where the students applied the skills they had acquired in classroom. All students participated in a number of beach activities and listened to a duest speaker from Grimth University Centre for Coastal Management who discussed a number of alternative ways that Gold Coast beaches are managed Geography students apply their knowledge of Mapping learnt in the first few weeks of Year 9 Geography to create an accurate map of the grassed surrounds of the pool. Fellcity Clifford (9L) uses the trundle wlieel while Charlotte Lovejoy (9L) records the dimensions
