2004 has been another fantastic year for Lilley House, filled with fun and many Freddoes. The year began with the arrival of the Year BS, who were warmly welcomed into the House by each of the other grades. The Year 12s had the pleasure of their company on the first day of school, playing games and eating 1011ies with their buddies throughout the lunchtime. it was not until the House Party, however that the youngest Lillians were able to experience true Lilley style in all of its green glory. Pizza, cake and green cordial delighted our stomachs while laughter filled our faces with the talent of contestants in the Dag Dancing and the highly esteemed competition of Miss Lilley, the prestigious, if not necessarily politically correct title

being awarded to Mr Laur The Inter house sporting events have always been characterised by an overwhelming support team in green, cheering loudly with competitors doing their best for the House The Cross Country, Athletics and Swimming Carnivals have been a haven for 80s fashion and good sportswomanship Undoubtedly one of the highlights of 2004 has to be the inter house Drama Competition with Captains Barbara Lydon and Kate Hawkins fabulously recreating The Princess Diaries, which included a stellar performance by Ellie MCPherson leading an amazing cast Well done to all the girls who participated The Introduction of the Gumboot award by Sports Captains Laura Kidd and Jaclyn Vosloo was one of the many entertaining as well as emotional events of this years
