AltlioLigli we might not have reachecl the ranks of elite swimming, we cheered riotously and looked most decorative while doing so. With more cultural pursuits Mackay has excelled. Our twoverytalented Drama Captains, Melissa Chambers and Taryn Whileford, went beyond the status qLio set by other Houses, through the creation of the original production

debating team, comprising Stephanie Sheu (Grade Eight), Courtney West (Grade Ten) and Katrina Zanella (Grade Eleven), proved the quality of their argLimentative skills andteam work in the interhouse competition, and OUT participation in the Inter- house Athletics revealed our sport- ing skills. in many of the relays we gained places, and Mackien Emily Baker became the 14years age chain- pion Overall, it has been a success- filled year, and it is evident that Mackay has a great deal of young talent. it would seem then that in years to come Mackay will only keep getting better!
