with artists like Jan King, and past pupil Ruth Benson, who worked with students not only on the improvement of technique, and the making of larger- scaledworks than had ever been undertaken before, but also. by prodrrt ing their own works within the school, gave students some experience of studio prac- tice. Today's school offers superb studio facilities for student work, the limita- tions of the desk-top have completely vanished and study units now available to students inch-rde pho- tography, printmaking, ce- ramics, jewel1ery, fashion, interior and architectural
design, sculpture, drawing, painting and computer graphics. The school environment is also enriched with a fine and expanding collection of original art works, including the Corrigan Collection, to enhance visual appreciation of tech- nique, form and colour and to stimulate the creative imrgination of all students.
