DRAMA CLUB

producer/coordinator/scriptwriter/costumer/director Philip Dean, without whom the Drama Club, with a production cast of twenty-five, would never have made it onto the stage. This year the Drama Club has started meeting in the Auditorium, and we have enjoyed the large space available lor workshops and rehearsals as a result. fhis year's Dlama Club production was an adaptation of I nuth Park's novel, Playing Beatie Bow. After performing it for a large auclience on Saturday, 5th August, we were privileged to be able to perform it again the following'Wednes- day for the Year Eights, who proved a somewhat different but very enjoyable ar-rdience. The Drama Ch-rb would like to thank Mrs Hancock for giving us this opportllnity, and also the Drama staff for their sr-rpport on the day and Miss Hatton for pulling us out of our classes.
