CRICKET The First Xl were outstanding competitors showing the fighting spirit for which Brisbane Cirls'Crammar is renowned. They played consistently throughout the season to gain equal first place on the table. B.C.C.S. 60 Mt St Michael's 60 The Cap State High 50 With the growing ability and confidence of girls NIKKI MORELAND, KAROLYN ORR and KIRKWOOD, the team looks forward to an successful 1 990 seasorr. Personal bests contributed to the success of the team in the competition. Congratulations must go to REBECCA LAUN (74 runs), and EMMA WOODALL (64 runs) who were placed first and third on the Association batting table. Another impressive performance come from ALISON TITLEY who was placed third in the Association bowling section with an average of 4.4 runs per wicket. Finally, a successful season depended on the support of MRS BMDLEY SUE WARREN, MR WARREN and MR VISE. Thanks are also due to those parents, especially MRS MORELAND, who became greatly involved with the team.
