EER.TE{S : Mr. and Mrs. Peter Middelton (nee Barbara Truman) a son, Anthony. Dr. and Mrs. David McEuoy (nee D. Ibbotson) a daughter. Mr. and Mrs. R. Black (nee Wendy Farquar) a daughter, Christine Raye. All members of the Association were deeply distressed by the passing of Miss M. A. Macmillan who was such a devoted mistress. Miss Macmillan gave her whole life to the Brisbane Girls' Grammar School and all girls, past or present pupils are very aware of all the good influence that Miss Macmillan had on the school during her time as a mistress and after her retirement. GENERAL INFORMATION The Old Girls' Association has not had a busy year but, financially it has been most re- warding. All members who attended any of the year's functions r,vill agree that socially, these were very successful. But, as has been the case in recent years, the poor attendance at functions is very disappointing for those few people who work so hard with the organization. Members are encouraged to attend all functions during the year, as it is one way to maintain friendships and help the school. In conclusion, the Old Girls' Association wishes to thank Mrs. McDonald, members of the Staff, the Trustees, and the Parents and Friends Association for their help and co-operation during the year.
