The Inter-house competition uras held on Sarurday, 2Ath September. Each house had a teatn of 6 competitors, 3 from the Senior school and 3 from the Junior school, who competed on voluntary sequences on vault, beam and bars. This year the team placings were the same as last year's. The order of placings being : Griffith first, followed bv Lilley, Gibson, Wool- cocl< and England in that order. The competition ran smoothly and the com- petttors on the whole, attained a high standard of gymnastics. The fnter-school competition was held on Saturday, 27th September, at the Brisbane Girls' Grarnmar School, with cornpetition from Clayfield Cotrlege and St. Margaret's. This year v/e entered an "A", ((8" and ((C" team. Each team com- peted on voluntary bars, voluntary beam and vault and set floor work. Finally, f would, oD behalf of the teams, llke to thank Mrs. Salzman and Miss Hatron for their guidance and help throughout the year. _ M. MILLER
